“MNProv provided an incredibly fun Improv workshop with games and post-discussions about
interpersonal skills in healthy relationships. MNProv graciously tailored a workshop to fit the themes of our conference and created such a safe and comfortable virtual space for participants. Practicing and learning about skills like collaboration and finding common interests through the improv games felt like true play. They offer a super innovative approach to Social Emotional Learning!”

Free Workshops for Neurodivergent Adults

ND adults benefit from these free applied improvisation workshops as they develop social connections, build relationships, and feel belonging. Within this safe and trusting environment, participants learn to become comfortable taking reasonable risks & making mistakes, increase their resilience and ability to tolerate uncertainty, improve their communication and collaboration skills, learn to listen and accept new ideas, and become more flexible and able to consider different perspectives.

I was able to get out of my comfort zone and try something new while being in a space that felt safe and accepting.
